I will be returning my items which I bought from this store. I'm waiting for the certificate for my purchase, but the store or the seller is unable to provide me that, and im running out of time.
This seller is selling electronic products, and they should provide the certificate with it. I contacted the agent of the store, and the next day, I received an email. Sorry, we can not provide the certificate. I again contacted the support team email sent to me, saying to wait for 4-5 days. I explained that this delay was affecting my business, and I'm running out of return window as well. If you are planning to buy from this seller, please contact them for the certificate of the item before any purchase.
I'm going to give them 2 -3 more days. Otherwise, I will return the products. I'm not happy with my purchase and delay in providing a certificate.
